Clear the cavity
Compressed air is used to break up and remove debris through drainage holes.
Rust does not only start where you can see it. Cavities, seams and chassis channels can trap damp debris, so they need dedicated wax protection.
Vehicle cavities are often neglected because they are hidden. They can retain moisture, silt and road salt, creating a humid space where corrosion develops quickly.
Cavity wax is designed to coat those internal surfaces with a thick film that displaces moisture and creates a protective barrier. The job must be done with the right equipment and coverage, otherwise the wax may not reach the surfaces that matter.
We treat cavities as part of rust proofing and during annual warranty inspections.

Penetrating fluid helps drive out moisture before the wax is applied.
The cavity is blown through again so surfaces are ready for wax coverage.
Hot wax is atomised through specialist wands to coat internal surfaces.
Cavity wax is topped up during annual inspection because it has a limited service life.
Cavity wax is useful in sills, doors, chassis rails, ladder frames, seams, crossmembers and hidden cavities where moisture can sit. It is especially important for classic cars, 4x4s, imports, campers and vehicles used through winter.
