Estimates and work scope

Any estimate is a considered approximation based on what can be seen at the time. Rustproofing work can expose hidden corrosion, failed underseal, holes or structural issues that were not visible before preparation started.

If additional repairs are required, we will explain the issue and agree the next step before continuing where possible.

Rust proofing warranty

Rust proofing workmanship is guaranteed for five years subject to annual inspection and fair usage. The annual inspection is required so damaged areas can be checked and cavity wax can be topped up.

Warranty can be affected by damage to the underside, off-road use, saltwater exposure, corrosive cleaning chemicals, hot or steam washing of treated areas, or third-party work carried out without agreement.

Rust repairs

Rust repairs are completed to the agreed standard and protected before treatment continues. However, underside work cannot guarantee that every hidden area of a vehicle is corrosion-free unless the vehicle is fully stripped to expose those areas.

Payment and collection

Invoices are payable on receipt and payment must be made before the vehicle is removed from site. Storage charges may apply if a completed vehicle is not collected promptly after notification.
